Bill had already built up a lot of success implementing a smile and dial process for obtaining leads and customers. At this point, he had already developed a successful and sustaining business supplying restaurants and stores with his cocktail mixer.
The problem he was facing at this point was that regular people were coming to him asking for the product, but had no way to interact with his brand outside of going to Yardhouse or a number of other franchises.
With this in mind, we helped Bill develop a B2C arm of his business to interact directly with consumers, increasing his sales through direct sales, and also driving more traffic to local chain restaurants.
We targeted a few key points: Solidified his color scheme, designed a website for e-commerce sales, and developed print marketing materials that he could hand to customers but would also support his sales meetings with restaurants as well.
